Cleaning:
Wash regularly after each working day to remove sweat, dirt, and body odor.
Use cold or lukewarm water (below 40°C) to prevent fabric shrinkage and color fading.
Do not use bleach, do not soak for long, and avoid strong-scented fabric softeners as they can dry out fibers, reduce elasticity, and cause pilling.
Wash separately: Separate white and colored shirts, especially during the first few washes of dark-colored garments to prevent color bleeding.
Turn shirts inside out before washing, especially those with printed or embroidered logos, to reduce color fading and peeling.
If the shirt gets stubborn stains, gently blot with a damp cloth instead of scrubbing hard. For oil stains, sprinkle a bit of cornstarch or baby powder to absorb the oil, then wash again with cold water. Coffee or tea stains can be quickly soaked in a mild vinegar or baking soda solution. Absolutely avoid bleach or strong detergents, as they can damage fibers and fade logos.
Drying:
After washing, lightly pat the shirt to restore its shape, adjust the collar and shoulders, then hang it in a shaded, well-ventilated place.
Avoid direct sunlight or high heat sources, as strong heat can shrink spandex fibers, fade colors, and deform the shirt.
Do not twist or wring out the shirt. If hand-washed, roll it in a dry towel to absorb excess water before hanging.
For thick or fitted shirts, hang them on round hangers or lay flat on a drying rack to ensure even drying and prevent stretching at the neck or body.
Ironing & Steaming:
Most uniform T-shirts are made from wrinkle-resistant fabric and may not require ironing if dried properly.
If needed, iron at a low temperature (below 110°C) and always on the inside of the fabric.
Do not iron directly on printed or heat-transfer logos. Place a thin cloth between the iron and the shirt to prevent peeling, sticking, or burning.
A gentle garment steamer can also be used to quickly smooth out wrinkles, remove odors, and keep the shirt soft and natural.
Storage:
Once fully dry, fold neatly or hang on small hangers to avoid stretching the collar.
Do not store damp shirts, as moisture can cause odors, mildew, or thread damage.
Keep shirts in a well-ventilated closet, away from direct sunlight or high humidity.
You can place moisture absorbers or cedarwood blocks in the closet to keep the shirts dry and lightly scented.
For shirts with printed corporate logos, avoid folding directly over the printed area. Place a thin layer of fabric in between to prevent sticking or cracking.
Replace shirts periodically (every 6–12 months) to maintain a professional and consistent employee appearance.
Cleaning:
Wash immediately after each use — especially after workouts or hot-weather activities — to remove sweat and bacteria buildup. Leaving garments unwashed too long can cause yellowing, odor, and loss of elasticity.
Prefer hand washing or use the “Delicate” machine cycle with cold water (below ~30 °C) and a mild detergent, particularly for cotton-linen blends.
Turn garments inside out, fasten all buttons and zippers, and place in a mesh laundry bag if there are printed, embroidered, or stretch-fabric areas to reduce friction.
Do not soak for long periods. For spot stains, gently dab with a damp soft cloth or a fine-bristled brush before washing the entire garment.
Wash light and dark colors separately to prevent color bleeding.
Drying:
After washing, gently shake to restore shape, smooth out the collar and shoulders, and hang to dry immediately — leaving clothes in the washer can cause wrinkles and odor.
Dry in shaded, well-ventilated areas. Avoid direct sunlight or high heat (dryer, iron, heater), as heat can shrink spandex fibers, fade colors, or distort the garment’s shape.
If you need faster drying, use a fan or dehumidifier, but never tumble dry on high heat.
Do not wring garments forcefully — this can stretch the collar and shoulders, especially for polos or uniforms. When hand-washing, roll the garment in a dry towel to absorb excess water before hanging.
For thicker or multi-layered shirts, hang on a rounded hanger or lay flat on a drying rack to ensure even drying without stretching.
Avoid drying in enclosed or humid spaces (like bathrooms), as poor ventilation may cause odors or light yellowing.
Ironing & Steaming:
Most activewear and performance polos are wrinkle-resistant and rarely need ironing.
If necessary, iron on low heat (below ~110 °C) and always on the inside. Avoid direct contact with printed logos or embroidery.
Place a thin cloth or pressing fabric between the iron and garment if ironing is required.
Use a handheld steamer to gently smooth and refresh without harming stretch fibers.
Never use a high-power steam iron or press one spot for too long — localized heat can shrink spandex and alter the garment’s fit.
Storage:
Once completely dry, fold neatly or hang on small, soft hangers. Avoid hangers that are too large, which may stretch the neckline.
Do not store when damp, as residual moisture can cause odor, mildew, or damage to stitching.
For long-term storage, fold garments individually or hang them with padded hangers in a cool, dry, ventilated space, away from sunlight and heat sources.
Place moisture absorbers or cedarwood blocks in your closet to regulate humidity and prevent odor.
For pieces with heat-transfer logos, avoid folding directly over printed areas; instead, place a soft cloth between layers to prevent sticking or peeling.
Cleaning:
Depending on the material, choose the proper cleaning method to avoid damaging the fabric’s structure.
For natural fibers such as cotton or linen, hand wash gently or use the “Delicate” machine cycle with cold water (below 30 °C) and mild detergent.
For sensitive and premium materials such as silk, wool, cashmere, leather, or complex woven fabrics (like tweed, viscose, mohair), professional dry cleaning is recommended to preserve the garment’s form and fiber surface.
Avoid using bleach, long soaking, or strong fabric softeners — these chemicals can weaken fibers, fade colors, and reduce the fabric’s natural softness.
Drying:
After washing, gently shake and reshape the garment, then air dry in a shaded, well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
For wool or cashmere, avoid hanging when wet — instead, lay flat on a dry towel to prevent stretching.
Genuine leather should be wiped clean with a soft cloth and left to dry naturally — never use a dryer.
Do not twist or wring the fabric; if necessary, roll it in a dry towel to absorb excess moisture before hanging.
Ironing & Steaming:
Adjust the temperature according to the fabric type:
-
Cotton: 120 – 150 °C
-
Linen: lower, around 110 – 130 °C
-
Silk / Wool: gently steam at low temperature (~100 °C); avoid direct contact with the iron
-
Leather: do not iron; simply wipe clean and condition periodically.
Always place a pressing cloth or protective fabric between the iron and the garment to prevent shine or marks.
For bespoke or structured garments (with interlining, shoulder pads, or full lining), it’s best to use professional steaming services to maintain the form and integrity of the material.
Storage:
Each material requires individual storage to preserve its shape and longevity.
Hang garments on wide wooden or soft fabric hangers, avoiding excessive layering or compression.
For long-term storage, use breathable garment bags, and keep them in a cool, dry area away from sunlight and humidity.
You may add silica gel packs or cedar wood blocks to prevent moisture, mold, and insects.
For wool, silk, or leather, take the garments out periodically to air them naturally, allowing the fibers to “breathe” and retain their original softness.
Cleaning:
Hand wash or use the “Delicate” cycle on your washing machine with cold water (below 30 °C) and mild detergent.
Before washing, turn the shirt inside out, fasten all buttons, and remove collar stays if present.
Avoid bleach, long soaking, or strong fabric softeners, as they can stiffen the fibers and cause noticeable color fading.
For small stains, dab gently with a soft damp cloth or use a soft-bristled brush for spot cleaning — no need to wash the entire shirt unless truly necessary.
After each wear, hang the shirt in a ventilated area for 1–2 hours before storing to remove moisture and light odors.
Drying:
After washing, gently shake out and reshape the shirt, adjust the collar and shoulders, and let it air dry naturally in a shaded, well-ventilated place.
Avoid direct sunlight or high-heat tumble dryers, as heat and light can cause shrinkage or fading.
Do not wring the shirt; if hand-washed, you may roll it in a dry towel to absorb excess water before hanging.
Ironing & Steaming:
Iron while the shirt is slightly damp to make pressing easier and help retain the shape of the collar and shoulders.
Use appropriate heat levels for the fabric — up to 150 °C for cotton, and slightly lower for linen or light blends.
Always place a pressing cloth or thin layer of fabric between the iron and the shirt to prevent shine.
For premium or bespoke shirts — especially those with structured collars or delicate fabrics — consider professional steaming services to maintain the garment’s form and texture.
Storage:
Hang shirts after each wear; avoid folding for long periods, as this may create fixed creases and distort the fit.
Rotate your shirts regularly — after 2–3 wears, let each one rest for a day to allow the fibers to recover their natural elasticity.
For long-term storage, use breathable garment bags, keep in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and humidity, and add silica gel packs or cedar wood blocks to deter insects, control moisture, and preserve freshness.
Cleaning:
Professional dry cleaning is recommended to preserve the perfect silhouette, creases, and fiber structure.
This is the safest method for tailored trousers or premium fabrics such as wool, poly-blend, viscose, and similar materials.
For cotton, khaki, linen, or blended fabrics, you may hand wash gently or use the “Delicate” machine cycle, with cold water (below 30 °C) and mild detergent.
When machine washing: turn the trousers inside out, fasten buttons and zippers, and place them in a mesh laundry bag. Use a low spin cycle to reduce friction and maintain the shape.
Avoid bleach, prolonged soaking, or concentrated fabric softeners, as they can harden fibers and cause fading.
For light stains, spot clean with a soft damp cloth or a gentle fabric brush instead of washing the entire garment.
Avoid washing too frequently — clean only when necessary to prolong the fabric’s life and retain its form.
After each wear, hang the trousers in a ventilated space for 1–2 hours to release moisture and odors before storing.
Drying:
After washing, gently shake and shape the trousers, then hang them by the hems using a two-clip hanger to maintain straight creases.
Do not wring or tumble dry on high heat, as excessive temperature can shrink or glaze the fibers.
Avoid direct sunlight — let the trousers air dry naturally in the shade, where ventilation helps maintain color and softness.
Ironing & Steaming:
Iron while the trousers are still slightly damp, using medium heat (120–150 °C).
Always place a pressing cloth or thin layer of fabric between the iron and the garment to prevent shine.
Avoid pressing directly over the same crease repeatedly, as it may cause gloss or slight fabric scorching.
For tailored or premium fabrics (such as wool), consider professional steaming services to restore pleats and surface texture safely.
Storage:
Hang each pair individually on wide two-clip hangers to prevent compression or fixed creases.
After 2–3 wears, allow the trousers to “rest” for at least one day so the fibers can regain their natural elasticity.
For long-term storage, use breathable garment bags and keep them in a cool, dry space away from sunlight and humidity.
You may add silica gel packs or cedar wood blocks in your wardrobe to prevent mold, insects, and to retain a subtle fresh scent.
Cleaning:
Professional dry cleaning is strongly recommended — never machine wash. For the best results, take your garments to a reputable dry-cleaning specialist experienced in handling tailored pieces.
Avoid over-cleaning. Two to three cleanings per year are sufficient, or only when the garment truly requires it. Frequent cleaning can shorten the fabric’s lifespan and alter the structure of the seams.
For light stains, gently dab with a soft damp cloth instead of rubbing. If dust accumulates, use a lint roller or a soft garment brush to lift the particles carefully without excessive pressure.
After each wear, hang the garment in a well-ventilated space for 1–2 hours before placing it back in the wardrobe to allow moisture, sweat, and light odors to dissipate.
Drying:
If the garment becomes slightly damp, allow it to air-dry naturally in the shade. Avoid direct sunlight or proximity to heat sources or air conditioners, which can fade colors or distort the fibers.
Do not use high-heat tumble dryers or hang garments near hot walls or radiators — this may cause the fabric to shrink or lose its natural shape.
Pressing & Steaming:
To smooth wrinkles, light steaming is preferred. If ironing is necessary, use low heat and always place a protective cloth between the iron and the garment to prevent shine marks.
Do not iron directly over structural areas such as padded shoulders, fused interlinings, or the inner lining, as heat can deform these components.
For structured bespoke jackets or blazers with canvassing, we recommend using a professional steaming service to maintain the garment’s integrity and craftsmanship.
Storage:
Hang garments on broad wooden hangers with natural curvature to preserve shoulder shape and drape.
When traveling, use a breathable garment bag. Upon arrival, hang the garment immediately and lightly steam to restore its form.
Avoid overcrowding your wardrobe — multiple layers of garments pressed together can deform shoulders and fabric.
For long-term storage, hang garments inside a breathable fabric cover, never in plastic, to prevent moisture buildup. Keep them in a cool, dry, well-ventilated space, away from sunlight and humidity.
